We recognize that choosing classes at a new school can be overwhelming and we want to make sure that you have all of the information that you need when you complete your course registration form in PowerSchool.
Incoming students who have registered with Clarity Tuition and completed their non-refundable enrollment deposit will receive information about registering for courses via email within two business days.
Courses are NOT filled on a first come first serve basis. Incoming students have until Tuesday, March 31 to submit their courses.
Please note that placement in some of our Honors level courses is based on High School Placement Test (HSPT) results. HSPT results were included in your student's acceptance letter sent via mail. If you have not received a copy of your HSPT results, please email the Admissions Office (admissions@sfhs.com to request a copy of these scores.

2026 Scheduling Timeline
- Friday, March 13
Families can begin to accept their offer of admission to Saint Francis by completing their enrollment contract with Clarity Tuition, which has been emailed to you. After completing this contract and submitting the Non-Refundable Enrollment Deposit, the Admissions Office will email families instructions for registering for courses in PowerShool within two business days.
